How Do I/We Get Started With Coaching?

If you feel you are ready to get started please contact us. For individuals we have an Introductory Coaching Session and for groups and organisations we run a complimentary consultation.

Once we have this session, we get to know each other and you decide that coaching is for you or your organisation, we will then decide on the plan of action.

You will receive a welcome package containing a few forms for you to fill out, so we can make the most of your coaching sessions. Together we design the best way we can work as a team so you can accomplish what you would like to.
