After a false start, the Movie Fundraiser for the Tweed Valley Women’s Service was held on June 28, 2015 at Time4Yoga. The documentary – The Connection: Mind Your Body was a big success with the attendees and many left wanting to continue to spread the word about the importance of the mind and body connection.
A huge thanks to Glenda and Gerry from Time 4 Yoga who offered their space for the afternoon as well as all of the participants who helped raise $110 for the Tweed Valley Womens’ Service. A special mention also to Kim who connected Glenda and I – really appreciate it! Without you, the event may not have gone ahead 🙂
We will be holding a couple more fundraising events in the next few months, so will let you know when they are organised.
