Being a coach and mindfulness teacher combines all of my experiences and qualifications in life. One of the things I have done over the years to ensure congruency and authenticity is to balance my ‘informal’ (life) experiences with ‘formal’ qualifications.

I completed my formal life coaching qualification with the Life Coaching Academy and this qualification linked in with my other formal qualifications in education, small business and management/team leadership including a Bachelor of Teaching/Bachelor of Health and Physical Education, Masters of Education Studies and a High Performance Tennis Coach with Tennis Australia.

I also believe the combination of being a Professional Tennis Player for 10 years, a mindfulness teacher as well as a qualified style/image consultant supports me to be able to authentically coach people from the inside out as well as the outside in!

I deeply care and love supporting people and know in my heart this is what I am meant to do. I have been on my own life journey to well-being. I have achievement alot and chased success, reframed my thoughts and I even tried to manifest my way to a better life!

Now although some of these things worked in the short-term, long-term meaning and fulfilment still evaded me – until now – as I am just BEing myself!
