In 28 Days of Gratitude, you will be given the opportunity to invest the time to learn and increase your knowledge and understanding about gratitude and start to cultivate gratitude in your every day life.
Specifically you will be given the opportunity to -
- take time out to reflect on gratitude,
- establish a sustainable practise of cultivating gratitude,
- identify a range of strategies and ways for practising gratitude,
- increase knowledge and understanding of the benefits of gratitude
- discover any stumbling blocks towards practising gratitude and start to transform them, and
- start taking steps towards cultivating gratitude in your life.
How does 28 Days of Gratitude work?
28 Days of Gratitude - Online (Un)Learning Circle for Womxn for Cultivating Gratitude is an online growth and education circle that is about supporting womxn cultivate gratitude.
There are four main areas of 28 Days of Gratitude. Each of the four areas are outlined below...
1. Grateful You Toolkit (individually priced @ $55).
You receive access to the toolkit as soon as you join, so you can start to transform your relationship with gratitude 🙂 Currently this toolkit has 17 experiments / worksheets, 2 x templates, and 3 x research articles. You have access to the toolkit for 180 days in the (un)learning hub and you can read more about it here.
2. 1 x 60-Minute Online Masterclass.
We start 28 Days of Gratitude with a Masterclass. You have the opportunity to attend 1 x 60-minute Live Masterclass (1/2/22 AEST QLD time). The Masterclass will help you set your intention for the 28 days as well as briefly go through the Grateful You Toolkit.
3. Daily Reminders and/or Inspiration.
Each day over the 28 days, you will receive daily reminders and/or pauses. These have been designed to support you to cultivate gratitude in your life.
4. Unlimited E-mail Support.

This is why we are going to continually practice coming back to focus on yourself and your needs.

In its current format - this is the first time we are offering 28 Days of Gratitude - Online (Un)Learning Circle for Cultivating Gratitude. However, in saying that, Jane has had a long history of supporting womxn with cultivating gratitude after running a number of previous circles.
As soon as we have feedback from the womxn who complete the circle, we will add it.
Frequently Asked Questions
You have access to the "Grateful You" toolkit for 180 days. However, if you join the circle before the starting date, you will have extra access to the Toolkit. For example - if you join on 1/2/22, we don't start until 1/3/22, you then have those extra days access added to the Toolkit.
We encourage you to download the worksheets and experiments if you would like access to them after this.
Don't worry, I know technology can be challenging and frustrating, so I have made it simple and easy to participate.

It has been designed for you to discover your own answers. Participants in the course take responsibility for their own experience and changes in behaviour.
Yes you can. Within 24 hours of us receiving your payment, you will have access to the Grateful You Toolkit. You will then have an extra few days of access as a bonus 🙂
No, it is not.
28 Days of Gratitude is an educational (un)learning course, circle and toolkit, not treatment for any physical or mental health condition. It is about YOU developing awareness about your own practise of gratitude. Participants in the course take responsibility for their own experience.
It is important to understand that 28 Days of Gratitude is NOT coaching, mindfulness or psychotherapy training. However, it could be a useful add-on to these as well as education/teacher and human resources training.
28 Days of Gratitude is all about education - providing tools, strategies and resources to support you to make reconnect and reprioritise your relationship with gratitude. You choose to and become the expert in your own life and stand in your own power.

Hi - I am Jane - thanks for dropping by.
I created 28 Days of Gratitude - Online (Un)Learning Circle for Womxn after having a number of conversations with clients about the importance of cultivating gratitude.
After creating Grateful You, a few womxn asked me about what small steps I continue to take to continue to cultivate gratitude in my life. After previously running 365 Days of Gratitude and 100 Days of Gratitude, I decided to value add to Grateful You with a Masterclass and safe and supportive community where it was OK to start to actually practise cultivating gratitude (not just know about the importance of it). Subsequently, 28 Days of Gratitude - Online (Un)Learning Circle for Womxn was created.
