Coaching for Retired Athletes

Why? Because you are a human being first You have similar needs to other human beings, however the majority of times these needs are not spoken about, as the focus has been on your sporting performance.
At Habits for Wellbeing we focus on developing the whole-person - the emotional as well as the physical, the professional as well as the personal, the individual as well as the social relationships.
Our three coaching packages are -

An athlete is a human being, not just an athlete. Each part of their life is intertwined with the other part. If one part is not working optimally, the other parts will be effected.
This coaching packages looks at 12 different parts of your life (your arena), so athletes can increase their self-awareness, manage their life and stay focused to perform at their best.

Athletes are training their bodies, however how many times did you train your mind, emotions and spirit whilst competing?
The research continues to grow on the benefits of developing mindfulness in life (and sport). From dealing with challenges in life to promoting wellbeing and developing resilience, mindfulness can help.
Being challenged by the transition after sport? We can support you! No matter how prepared you are for change and transitions, it can still be challenging. Especially when the majority of your life, you have been an athlete and that is what the majority of people talk to you about.
I have walked this adventure and am ready to support other athletes walk their own unique adventure by providing tailored 1-1 coaching packages.
How Coaching Works...

1. Get in Touch
First step is a free introductory call. During this call we will talk about your challenges, your wellbeing intentions and how I can help you make long-term behavioural changes. Together we will decide if I am the coach for you.

2. Initial Session
In our first session, I will do a full assessment to get to know you. We will explore your life, where you are now and where you would like to be. We will then discuss your intentions and priorities and develop a plan to support you reach them.

3. Ongoing Support
Changing habits and behaviours takes courage and commitment. Throughout the adventure, I will be there for ongoing support and accountability as you make changes towards your life to living whole-heartedly.

Bespoke
We tailor each of our services to the specific needs of the client. That is one of the reasons why are services are so impactful.

Validated
We use tried and tested tools and skills to generate sustainable results. A combination of behavioural, emotional intelligence, intuitive eating, coaching and mindfulness practices can be used.

Experience
Jane has been a professional tennis player, registered teacher (since 2002), ICF credentialed coach, High Performance Coach with Tennis Australia, so bring with me a depth of experience and empathy in to and outside the sporting arena.

Flexibility
The workshops are generally delivered in-person. Our coaching is delivered face-to-face and/or virtually via Skype, Zoom or Phone. There are no geographical limitations.

I am committed and dedicated to living my purpose by creating a more whole-hearted world. This is factored in to the pricing structure and will make our services affordable for all.
