One-on-one coaching packages at Habits for Wellbeing is all about supporting you to BE Whole-Heartedly YOU. They can assist with confidence, communication, self-management, life mastery and more… depending on the client's needs and requirements.

We offer 3-month, 6-month and 12-month coaching packages (see examples below).

If you would like more than one session per month, please let Jane know and we can tailor a coaching package to your needs.

N.B. All coaching packages also include Whole-Hearted Academy whilst you are doing coaching with Jane.
