The Monthly Masterclass is the focus of 'Compassionate Choices'. Each month, we will meet, pause, reflect and then you can decide on what your focus will be. In the Masterclass, I will guide you through -
- Inquiry questions and journalling prompts to help support your focus and take action on what matters most to you at the time,
- Activities and exercises to deepen awareness and let-go of any resistance to your hearts preferences,
- Simple habit ideas to help support you to deepen your own wisdom and centre within your own being, and
- Stories and poetry to feed your own inner guide and wisdom.

Why a 28-Day Cycle?
Because research indicates it takes 18-254 to make changes in your life, with an average of 66 days. Subsequently, we have decided to choose 28 days and if your change takes longer, feel free to join for another month. Also remember, coming home to you and becoming yourself is a lifelong adventure!

Why I created Compassionate Choices...
Hi - I am Jane Taylor - let me share a little bit about Compassionate Choices.
At the end of 2008, my life changed a lot after I attended my first 10-day silent meditation retreat. I started to question everything around me (and still do). I decided on my vision, created boundaries, broke up with disempowering habits, allowed myself to rest, donated money to charities I wanted to, allowed myself to start receiving, discovered my voice and started speaking up more and lots more - I started to the long adventure of reclaiming myself and untangling from societal expectations. My work continues to this day.
Over time, I have also been supporting other people to open their hearts and reconnect with their own authority and wisdom. At the beginning of the pandemic, the opportunity arose to start a weekly circle after the weekly movement class I was guiding was no longer happening. This evolved in to - Compassionate Choices, because I know in my own heart, you know yourself the best (sometimes we just need some support and connection along the way).

Q.Are the Monthly Sessions Recorded?
A.No. The sessions are not recorded, however there is an Masterclass e-Workbook that you can use if you miss out on the class.
Q.Do You Offer Refunds?
A.No. If you missed the Circle, there are no refunds. You are welcome to attend another session though and you still receive the worksheets / resources.
Q.What Do You Talk About in Compassionate Choices?
A.We talk about where you are in your whole life and any tiny tweaks you would like to make. Each month, we invest time to reflect on the past month, discuss what is bubbling to the surface and identify what you choose to focus on for the next month (as well as plan your change). After the Circle, you also receive daily reminders to help you focus 🙂
