Is an Enoughness Jar one of Your Habits for Wellbeing?

Ready to practice the art of enoughness in your in your life (instead of scarcity)? If so, why not include an enoughness jar as one of your Habits for Wellbeing?

I have been practising gratitude for many years (writing gratitude lists in my journal, saying thank you, gratitude jar and sending cards). I will continue to do those practices, but this year I wanted to change it up a bit, focus on having an abundant mindset and add an end-on-year ritual, so I can finish close the year acknowledging the abundance in my life. Subsequently, I have decided to add an abundance jar to my habits for wellbeing.

“Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance.” ~ Eckhart Tolle

What is an Enoughness Jar you might ask?

An enoughness jar is basically a jar full of enough!

Every time you feel and/or experience a sense of enoughness in your life in the year, write it on a sheet of paper and put it in your enoughness jar. Then at the end of the year on December 31, you get to open the enoughness jar and read about the beautiful experiences, blessings and people who cross your path throughout the year.
