Express Your Truth! And Don’t Apologise For It. | Jane Taylor | The Difference TV Brisbane

Are you someone who is lacking confidence? Not entirely sure exactly who you are? Feeling invisible? Or maybe, you are a total people pleaser?

Are you ready to know yourself, like yourself, and trust yourself?

Jacqueline Bignell chats with former professional tennis player, Jane Taylor, who shares her struggle with making the transition from being an athlete to finding her true purpose – an adventure that started out with Jane looking outside of her to discovering what lay inside her own experiences. Jane says, “You don’t need to apologise for who you are or shy away from expressing your true self. You’re the person who you have waited for your whole life. Be brave, be that person.”

There has never been a better time to step into being all of who you are. Start living  your truth and letting go of any and all the ways you may be living a lie. Take simple steps today that lead you to the inner knowing that you and your voice matters. Make the invisible visible, ask for support, check in with your own needs moment by moment. And don’t ever give up. Find your true voice, your true self, and allow the deep realisation that you matter take root inside you.

Following is the interview I did with Jacqueline a few years ago and today I feel is the appropriate day to share it here as I feel more like the real Jane than I have in years and I know I am the sovereign on my life now.

Thank you Jacqueline for giving me this opportunity and holding space for me to share some of my own adventure of life 🙂 xxx
