4 Inspiring Happiness and Wellbeing Podcasts
Following are 4 inspiring happiness and wellbeing podcasts (in no particular order) –
Podcast 1 – Being Well
This is the podcast by bestselling author Dr. Rick Hanson and and his son Forrest Hanson. Rick has written many book including the Buddha’s Brain, Resilient and his latest book Neurodharma. Each week, they explore how we can become happier, build inner strengths, and get the most out of life. You can read more about the Being Well podcast here.
Podcast 2 – Tara Brach
Tara Brach is obviously the woman behind this podcast. She has just written the books Radical Acceptance and Radical Compassion. Tara’s teachings blend Western psychology and Eastern spiritual practices, mindful attention to our inner life, and a full, compassionate engagement with our world. Podcast 3 – Ten Percent Happier
Ten Percent Happier is podcast by Dan Harris. Dan also wrote the book 10% Happier. Again Dan’s podcast is weekly and his podcast is focused on helping people become 10% happier. You can read more about Dan and his podcast here.
Podcast 4 – Unlocking Us
This is a relatively new podcast by bestselling author Dr. Brené Brown. Brené has written many booked including the Gifts of Imperfection, Rising Strong, Daring Greatly and Dare to Lead. In her podcast, Brené has conversations with that unlock the deeply human part of who we are, so that we can live, love, parent, and lead with more courage and heart.
