Mindfulness and Wellbeing for Women
As woman, our career and life can throw us many challenges. At times we can feel overwhelmed, lost or lacking direction and purpose. We could be wanting to start a new career or business, get our finances organised, recover from an injury, manage our time better, prioritise self-care and time to nourish our body, mend a broken heart or just wanting to try something new and be inspired by life again.
At times like these, it can help to have someone to talk to. Not someone to just motivate you, tell you to love yourself more or remind you to think positively. You want someone who believes in you. Someone who will support you, whilst you gain a fresh perspective and get back in to the flow of life, so you can lead a life YOU love.
Our Mindfulness and Wellbeing for Women workshops and coaching are suited to the woman living in the 21st Century who is ready to thrive. Some of the challenges, I can support you with include -

We are here to provide you with the most supportive and effective interactive sessions possible, so please let us know what you are after. Our Mindfulness and Wellbeing workshops for women are conducted in-person if living on the Gold Coast and other arrangements can be made if you are living in other areas. Coaching and mentoring sessions are negotiated.
