What Will You Learn?
Specifically you will -
- Take time out to reflect and focus on your own self-care.
- Create your self-care vision and identify what self-care is for you (yes it is different for each of us).
- Establish sustainable habits and routines for your self-care.
- Discover your strengths (yes you have them!).
- Focus on prioritising and identifying a range of strategies for your self-care.
- Develop your self-care imprint.
- Discover any stumbling blocks, including becoming aware of your inner critic.
- Join a group of like-minded women learning to nurture their essential needs.
How does Nourishing You work?
Nourishing You is all about you developing self-awareness and self-knowledge so you can focus on your own self-care for 28-days. Throughout the 28 days, you will reconnect to your vision of self-care and reflect on what is really preventing you from taking action towards looking after yourself. You will also be encouraged to take daily action towards creating sustainable habits for your own self-care in a safe and supportive environment.
Week 1 - Time to Reconnect
This week you will reconnect with your self-care and create your own vision for self-care. You will also be celebrating and acknowledging you and your journey. Once you have done this, you will identify your self-care focus area for the 28-days.
Week 2 - Remembering
In week 2 you will be developing habits to focus on your self-care, collecting evidence of love and remembering you are enough as well as identifying your strengths!
Week 3 - Self-Compassion
Self-compassion is the theme for week 3 as you continue to develop your self-care imprint and focus on looking after yourself. You will delve deeper in to self-compassion and music to soothe your soul.
Week 4 - Celebrating!
In week 4 we will celebrate how far you have travelled in your self-care journey as we focus on your self-care routine, gratitude, the power and words and giving.
What's included in Nourishing You?
For each day of the 28 days, you will be given an activity so you can focus and develop your self-care habits.
You will have access to an ICF Certified Coach during your 28 days for accountability and support.
You will have access to the Online Learning Hub whilst you are completing the 28-day course (i.e. for 28 days).
When you join Nourishing You you connect with other like-minded women in our private Facebook group.

No. Nourishing You is an educational program, not coaching. Participants in the program take responsibility for their own experience and changes in behaviour. Jane Taylor and the guest experts do not have a professional relationship with them, unless participants choose to hire them for other services.
Of course you can! That is precisely why I create the resources and have a private Facebook Group - so we can cater for individual needs and requirements.
No, it is not.
Nourishing You is an educational program, not treatment for any physical or mental health condition. Participants in the program take responsibility for their own experience, and Jane Taylor and the guest experts do not have a professional relationship with them.
It is important to understand that Nourishing You is NOT coaching, mindfulness or psychotherapy training. However, it could be a useful add-on to these as well as education/teacher and human resources training.
Nourishing You is all about education - providing tools, strategies and resources to support you to make any changes you choose to and become the expert in your own life and stand in your own power.

The program has been specifically designed for professional women to create the habit of self-care.
