The Practising Presence (Un)Learning Haven is a weekly online live haven to support people who are ready to invest time and attention to reconnect with their inner wisdom, reflect on where they are at present, so they can make conscious and empowering choices and align with their own version of a whole-hearted life.
How It Works...
As a participant in Practising Presence, you have the opportunity to pause, open your heart and reconnect with your own inner wisdom, develop greater self-confidence, acceptance and align with what matters to you by developing self-knowledge, remembering to be kind to you and trust your Self.
We are starting on February 6, 2023 and will go each week on a Monday 6.00am QLD Time (Los Angeles 12noon 5/2/23) or click here for your time zone.
The Weekly Circle is the focus of the 'Practising Presence (Un)Learning Haven'. Each week, we will meet, reflect, realign and decide on what your next focus will be. In the Practising Presence Circle, I will guide you through -
- Inquiry questions and journalling prompts to help support your focus and take action on what matters most to you at the time,
- Activities and/or exercises to deepen awareness and let-go of any resistance to your hearts desire,
- Simple habit ideas to help support you to deepen your own wisdom and centre within your own being, and
- Stories and poetry to feed your own inner guide and wisdom.

The key to life is paying attention and being present. Yes, this can be challenging. On the surface, it can appear easier to bolt and run away (don't worry I have done that many, many times), however in the long run it doesn't work. This is why we are going to continually practice coming back to focus on yourself and your needs.
Yes I know you may know the steps you need to take, however are you actually taking them? If so, well done! If not, this is one of the reasons why people love the groups I have created - due to the structure and accountability. Something happens when you commit to another person and not just yourself!

The cost is $27 per session. Each session includes a meditation, reflection and activities. At the end, you can also decide your Practising Presence focus for the week (if you choose to join us weekly).

Why I created Practising Presence...
Hi - I am Jane Taylor - let me share a little bit about Practising Presence.
At the end of 2008, my life changed a lot after I attended my first 10-day silent meditation retreat. I started to question everything around me (and still do). I decided on my vision, created boundaries, broke up with disempowering habits, allowed myself to rest, donated money to charities I wanted to, allowed myself to start receiving, discovered my voice and started speaking up more and lots more. My work continues to this day.
Over time, I have also been supporting people to open their hearts and reconnect with their own inner wisdom. Recently clients have asked about a weekly place to connect and this is it - Practising Presence, because I know in my own heart, you know yourself the best (sometimes we just need some support and connection along the way).

It is your choice! You get to choose how long you want to participate. You can choose weekly or a monthly subscription - totally up to you 🙂
