The 60-Minute Masterclass is the start of "Slow Down and Tune In". where we will meet, pause, reflect and then you can decide on what your focus will be. In the Masterclass, I will guide you through -
- Inquiry questions and journalling prompts to help support your focus and take action on what matters most to you at the time,
- Activities and exercises to deepen awareness and let-go of any resistance to your hearts preferences,
- Simple habit ideas to help support you to deepen your own wisdom and centre within your own being, and
- Stories and poetry to feed your own inner guide and wisdom.

Why I created Slow Down and Tune In...
Hi - I am Jane Taylor - let me share a little bit about Slow Down and Tune In.
At the end of 2008, my life changed a lot after I attended my first 10-day silent meditation retreat and my work continues to this day.
Over time, I have also been supporting other people to open their hearts and reconnect with their own authority and wisdom. A few womxn asked mentioned they would like something more structures, so - Slow Down and Tune In was created. Because I know in my own heart, you know yourself the best (sometimes we just need some support and connection along the way).

Q.Are the Sessions Recorded?
A.No. The sessions are not recorded, however there is an Masterclass e-Workbook that you can use if you miss out on the class.
Q.Do You Offer Refunds?
A.No. If you missed the Circle, there are no refunds. You are welcome to attend another session though and you still receive the worksheets / resources.
Q.What Do You Talk About in Slow Down and Tune In?
A.We talk about where you are in your whole life and any tiny tweaks you would like to make. Each month, we invest time to reflect on the past month, discuss what is bubbling to the surface and identify what you choose to focus on for the next month (as well as plan your change). After the Circle, you also receive daily reminders / pauses to help you focus on your intention/s 🙂
Q.Is Slow Down and Tune In Coaching?
A.No. The Slow Down and Tune In Circle is a wellbeing circle designed for you to increase self-awareness and self-knowledge and has educational resources. “Slow Down and Tune In” is designed for you to slow down and tune in to discover your own answers. Participants in the course take responsibility for their own experience and changes in behaviour.
