The 90-Day Whole-Hearted Promise - Changing Habits from the Inside Out is about YOU! For developing self-awareness and self-knowledge so you can transform your career and life in a safe and supportive environment.
Throughout the 90-Days, you will learn what is holding you back in your career and life, develop effective habits and most importantly learning to know, be kind to yourself and trust yourself again so you can make daily improvements and create a career and life you love!
You can start the 90-Day Whole-Hearted Promise at any time. However, a lot fo womxn like to start each quarter (i.e. January-March, April-June, July-September and October-December).

The Start - Preparing for Your Whole-Hearted Promise
As soon as you sign up, you will receive access to the lessons and worksheets to start to prepare for your change. During the 60-Minute Discovery Session, you will receive a template and tracking worksheet so you can start to create and track your 90-Day Whole-Hearted Promise. During the Discovery session, you will identify the change you would like to make, discover where you are and what is stopping you from making the change and then create a plan to make the change.
You will learn a way to let go of what is holding you back and how to change your story. You will then execute the plan and reflect on your changes, so you can eliminate those barriers, be inspired and take action towards a career and life you love!
90 Days of Support
Throughout the 90-Day Whole-Hearted Promise - Changing Habits from the Inside Out you will receive 90 days of mentoring and support from an ICF credentialed coach self-compassion teacher and emotional intelligence leader Jane is there to support you whole-heartedly and wants to see you step forward and be your own authority!

When you join the 90-Day Whole-Hearted Promise, you will receive the following -
At the start of the 90-Day Whole-Hearted Promise, you will have 1 x 60-Minute Discovery Session with Jane so you can align your values and strengths to the change you wanting to make.
1 x 45-minute coaching sessions with Jane is included in 90-Day Whole-Hearted Promise. You can schedule this session at anytime during the 90 days (subject to availability).
In the (Un)Learning Hub you will have access to a 90-day tracking template (excel spreadsheet) and also tools to support your adventure.
Besides the tools and templates, there are another 15 lessons and worksheets you have access to and to support you to create your whole-hearted promise.
Our What's app group is a great place to share any changes you have noticed and your focus for the 90 days (don't worry your details are set to private).

Why I created the 90-Day Whole-Hearted Promise - Changing Habits from the Inside Out...
Hi - I am Jane and I created the 90-Day Whole-Hearted Promise - Changing Habits from the Inside Out after realising how much I had lost the core of who I was, giving my own power away to other people by people pleasing, not looking after myself, being blinded by distractions and trying to be perfect. I also grew up and experienced many changes, but didn't really understand or like it. After supporting many people through change and running online accountability programs, I felt change was being misunderstood and participants were giving up on themselves (and their dreams). I have also found that in order to master life, I needed to continue to commit and practice living whole-heartedly and the more I learn, the more I realise I don't know and also need to (un)learn!
