"Womxn, Money and Trust" is a 28-day Growth and I'mpowering Circle for womxn who are ready to change their relationship with money and start focusing, get clarity and develop self-awareness and self-management processes (i.e. get organised) around their money and finances, so they can increase their self-confidence, trust themselves and live their version of a whole-hearted life.

Courageous Boundaries is a 28-day online (un)learning circle for womxn who are ready to invest time, apply their knowledge and take action towards creating healthy boundaries so they can reclaim their own time and energy and start to live the career and life they love.

Untangling Emotional Literacy is a 4-week distance-learning course for people who are ready to develop their knowledge and skills in emotional literacy in a safe and supportive online environment for their own personal and professional self-leadership.

Simply Mindfulness is a 4-Week Beginning Mindfulness and Meditation Distance-Learning course for people who are ready to start their adventure of mindfulness and meditation by learning about and experiencing it in a safe and supportive online (un)learning environment.

The 4-Week Untangling Self-Compassion course has been designed for you to learn the skills we need to meet life’s challenges with greater wisdom, compassion and kindness. Untangling Self-Compassion will support participants to hold themselves with understanding and compassion when they most need it (i.e. when being challenged at work in relationships, feelings of inadequacy and/or not getting the results you hoped for). Participants will learn key informal self-compassion practices, as well as brief practices in mindfulness right from home.
