This is why we are going to continually practice coming back to focus on yourself and your needs each week.

What is Included in the Wholehearted Academy membership?
Each month you are a member of Wholehearted Academy, you have the opportunity to take time out to align with what matters to you and develop self-knowledge, learn to like and trust your self. The weekly Wholehearted Academy webinar is the focus of the community. Each week, you will be invited to the webinar with Jane as your guide. We will also record the activities and information which are based on the monthly topics and include many of the things I have learnt during the past 25 years of studying how to be alive and awake, including -
- Inquiry questions and journalling to help you stay focused and take action on what matters most,
- Mindfulness meditations that allow you to become aware of the monkey mind,
- Activities and exercises to deepen awareness and let-go of any resistance to your hearts desire,
- Simple habit ideas to help support you to deepen your own self-knowledge and centred within your own being, and
- Stories and poetry to feed your own inner guide and wisdom.
Habits and Topics We Will be Exploring and Developing...
Depending on the research you read, some people say it takes 18-254 days to change or develop a habit and changing the neural pathways in your brain. To be honest, I am not sure which research to believe some days, however what I do know is that it takes awareness, action and commitment to create sustainable change and develop effective habits and only we can make those changes (no-one can do it for us).
Therefore, each month we will be exploring and focusing on a new topic. The monthly topic goes from the 1st of the month until the last day and the webinars will be each Tuesday night at 8pm.

Who is Wholehearted Academy for?
Wholehearted Academy is for the CEO, the teacher, the assistant teacher, the nurse, the business owner, the real estate agent, the sporting coach, the accountant, the human resources manager, business services manager, the receptionist, the mum, the grandmother, the writer, the printer and anyone else who has a successful career and very real time constraints.
It is for the woman who wants to be more, accomplish more, do more, but most of all be present more. It is also for the woman who wants to do less. The woman who wants to undo what they have done and stop pushing to do and allow more being to unfold.
Wholehearted Academy is for the woman who is ready to start a new project and bring something new in to the world. That project could be a book, a new business, a course or even transitioning in to a new job.

Wholehearted Academy is for the woman who is ready to break-up with draining habits (i.e. "shoulds", "comparisons", "blame") and create greater freedom and sustainable wellbeing.

What Wholehearted Academy is NOT...
Wholehearted Academy is NOT -
- another blueprint, program or or 7-step course (human beings are too complex and simple for them - yes that is a paradox 🙂 ),
- about being perfect - it is about embracing your humanness and who you truly are wholeheartedly,
- following a program to get certain results. I cannot guarantee what you will receive (it depends on where you are and what you want to focus on for the week), and
- an advice giving space (as you are not broken and do not need fixing). It is about you returning to be the expert in your own life and learning to trust yourself fully.
Frequently Asked Questions
Wholehearted Academy is a monthly subscription ($40AUD) or you can also pay the 6-monthly ($200AUD - 1 month) or yearly fee ($400AUD - 2 months free).
There is no lock-in contract for the monthly subscription. You will be charged monthly if you choose the subscription ($40AUD month) and can stop at any time.
Don't worry, I know technology can be challenging and frustrating, so I have made it simple and easy to participate.

Yes - Great! You will be able to participate in Wholehearted Academy!
Of course you can! That is precisely why this is online - so we can cater for individual needs and requirements.
The short answer is yes.
The long answer - if you would like for this to happen (i.e. linked Australian Professional Standards for Teachers), you will need to send me a request with your name, the number of weeks you have been a member for as well as the continuing professional development structure you are linking too. Once I receive this information, I can then go over it and link to the standards and create a certificate.
That is 100% up to you! Some community members will commit to exactly one hour per week as that is the sweet spot for them. Then, there are other members who will allocate a little more or a little less - it is totally up to you. Also - it could change for you each week 🙂
You get access to the webinars and video trainings I host. The webinars and video trainings include self inquiry, journalling and exercises. You will also have access to the Wholehearted Academy secret Facebook, whilst you are a member. In this group, I will regularly participate in discussions and you may ask questions whilst you are in there.
The Wholehearted Academy price is in Australian dollars.
We use Stripe and PayPal for our payments, so you will be able to pay in your local currency (and Stripe and PayPal converts it for you). So it doesn't matter where you live in the world, you can join us!
On the 1st day of each month we start a new topic. In the first webinar, you can identify where you are in relation to the topic and what is holding you back. Each day you will receive reminders and inspiration in the Facebook group.
There will be 4 Live Webinars (approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours) with Jane about the module focus each month. The first and third webinars are about the topic focus for the month. The 2nd and 4th webinars are available for you to ask questions and interact with Jane.
The schedule is as follows –

No, it is not.
Wholehearted Academy is an about developing self-awareness and self-trust, it is not for treatment for any physical or mental health condition. All participants in the community agree to take responsibility for their own experience and the actions they take.
It is important to understand that Wholehearted Academy is NOT coaching, mindfulness or psychotherapy training. However, it could be a useful add-on to these as well as education/teacher and human resources training.
Wholehearted Academy is all about education - providing tools, strategies and resources to support you to make any changes you choose to and become the expert in your own life and live wholeheartedly.

Why I created the Wholehearted Academy...
Hi - I am Jane Taylor - let me share a little bit about the Wholehearted Academy.
At the end of 2014, I made a promise to myself - to be my own best friend by the end of 2015. I created boundaries, broke up with draining habits, allowed myself to stay in bed until I wanted to get up (some days), donated money to charities I wanted to, let go of situations and experiences that were exhausting, allowed myself to start receiving more, found my voice and started speaking up more as well as a number of other aspects.
Today, I feel more like the real Jane than I have in years. Yes, the adventure has been (and is) challenging, however I can see clearly that I was the one who was self-sabotaging my own world through my own fears, distorted thoughts and insecurities from the past. I also want the adventure to keep going and continue to practice living wholeheartedly. However, I also want to continue this adventure in a community of like-minded women, so I can share what I have learnt/unlearnt (i.e. the tools etc.). Subsequently, Wholehearted Academy was created.
Wholehearted Academy is a safe and supportive online learning community for women who would like consistent access and support to ongoing personal and professional development, so they can find the courage to step forward, embrace your worthiness, release what is no longer serving them and be genuinely happy with the woman/leader they are (i.e. be free to be themselves and be their own best friend).
