The "Just-in-Time" Sessions
Exactly as the name suggests... Just-in-Time!
These sessions are for past clients of Habits for Wellbeing who would like support to get through a specific situation or challenge in their professional or personal life or work with an accountability partner to check-in with and guide them on their journey!
The five (5) "Just-in-Time" 20-minute Sessions can be used when you would like (within 3 mths).

Great - just follow the following steps -

- You will also be asked a variety of questions, so we can make the most of our time together.
- Once you complete the link, you can schedule your first of five 20-minute sessions and also pay.
- You will then jump on to the session with me on the scheduled time and day with your specific situation/issue/topic and we will then work together so you can get clear and focused on your next step/s.
- After the session, I’ll send you a link to the MP3 of the session so you can reflect on the session in your own time (N.B. – this is only available on Zoom sessions).
