Background and Why?
After I graduated as a coach, I spent more time on the administration side of the business, than actually coaching. I was also finding a number of coaches who were having similar challenges.
Throughout my coaching process, I also discovered I was CS in Extended DISC, which made sense as I love creating systems and the administration sides of things.
The final synchronicity happened when I started mentoring coaches again. One of their top challenges was setting up their systems within their business.

- So now you have clients, how are you going to on-board them in to your business so you can meet their needs / expectations?

Module 4 is about identifying the different ways your can manage and support your clients. Currently there are 5 lessons with templates.

- Module 5 is keeping track of your systems and process in relation to the key ICF documents.

Module 6 is about sharing some templates that you could use with clients.

- In Module 7, there are a number of extra templates and resources that might be useful for your coaching business.
