To start your Nutrition and Wellbeing coaching adventure, you will receive one 90-Minute Discovery Session with Jane. This has been designed for you to decide what your focus will be to start with. In this session, we will discuss your goals, current challenges, explore your relationship with food thought out your life (including any diet history, eating behaviours etc.).

6 x 45-Minute Coaching Sessions

Each month, you will receive two 45-minute coaching sessions. The topic of each coaching session is up to you, however as a guide it could relate to the intuitive eating exercises or a particular challenge you are having.

Unlimited E-mail Support

During the time we are working together, you will have unlimited email access for any questions or concerns that come up in between our sessions.

Intuitive Eating is a non-diet approach to nutrition and wellness that helps people start to trust their body wisdom and its signals, break the cycle of dieting and change your relationship with food (and maybe their life).
