The Leadership Starts from Within - Developing Your Leadership Potential workshop has been designed for you reflect on who you are as a leader and identify if you are living in alignment with your leadership potential.

Depending on the organisational objectives and time available, in this workshop we can focus on -

  • Defining your values and mission,
  • Assessing and identifying your strengths,
  • Expanding your vision, contributions and impact you make on the world,
  • Examining the role of "emotional intelligence" in successful leadership,
  • Understanding the challenges you face as a leader and looking at ways to manage them effectively, and
  • Creating a powerful action plan and strategy based on your leadership goals.

Once you complete our Leadership Starts From Within workshop, you will have an increase in clarity of who you are as a leader, what you stand for and the steps you are going to take to continue to develop your leadership potential.

Investing in YOU: Focusing on Resilience and Wellbeing

The Investing in YOU: Focusing on Your Resilience and Wellbeing workshop has been designed to allow participants to take time out to invest in YOU and create purposeful self-care and stress management strategies. We will support participants to identify proven science-based techniques and strategies to look after themselves, identify their stress signals, ways to manage their time to balance their work and life. The strategies they will develop can support them in their professional and personal life.

Depending on the objectives and the time available, we can focus on the following key areas:

  • Identifying your 360 Degree Holistic Approach to Wellness,
  • Understanding How Stress Works and Identify Stress Triggers,
  • Enhancing Resilience and Developing Strategies to Help You Thrive (including ways to Maximise Your Time and Energy and Emotional Intelligence),

Living Authentically through Life's Challenges: Strategies for Growing through Adversity in the Workplace and/or Personal Life.

Let's face it, life can be challenging. Adversity is part of life and overcoming it is crucial to our health and wellbeing. In this workshop, we will support participants to identify proven science-based techniques and strategies to look after themselves in times of uncertainty and adversity.

Jane Taylor is an experienced coach, speaker, facilitator and educator who is committed to supporting people develop to “(Un)Learning, so You Can Reconnect and Re-Align With Your Inner Authority and BE Whole-Heartedly YOU... One Habit at a Time", so we can connect with life authentically and live in peace and harmony.

Jane began her career as a professional athlete competing on the world tennis stage before finding her passion – learning (or unlearning may be more accurate) and building relationships. This passion evolved in to a career in education as well as facilitating national coaching programs for Tennis Australia and co-ordinating national initiatives for education, before starting Habits for Wellbeing.

She has trained over 31500 people in leadership, coaching, education, mindfulness meditation, mental health promotion and prevention and organisational wellbeing and has a Masters in Educational Studies, Bachelor of Teaching/Bachelor of Health and Physical Education, Diploma in Life Coaching, Advanced Certificate of Nutrition and Health Coaching as well as a Diploma in Life Coaching and Small Business.
