Coming Home to You is an 11-month self-discovery adventure to support womxn reconnect to their wholeness and become the Sovereign of their own life. It is a safe and supportive online professional learning community for womxn who would like support to focus on their life and take time out for themselves each day, so they can find the courage to step forward, release what is no longer serving them and BE the leader of their own life.

Past Events

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically-supported 8-week course designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. MSC combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion to enhance our capacity for emotional wellbeing. The course was developed through the clinical expertise of Dr Chris Germer and Dr Kristin Neff, a pioneering researcher in the field of self-compassion.

The 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course is an innovative course which supports people to cultivate mental, physical and emotional resilience and well-being.

The MBSR Course uses mindfulness practice as the core to teach people how to take better care of themselves and live healthier, more adaptive lives. It has been forged from the integration of transformative Eastern mindfulness practices with contemporary Western scientific understandings of human functioning. This fusion has produced a tailored and verifiable method for treating a wide range of difficulties and enhancing performance and engagement in life and work.
