Coming Home to You is a 28-day online accountability and wellbeing circle for womxn who are ready to invest time and attention to open their heart and reconnect with their own wellbeing and wisdom, so they can make conscious and empowering choices, focus on what matters most to them, trust themselves through self-awareness, self-care, aligned action and personal accountability.

Whole-Hearted Connection is a 12-month online (un)learning and wellbeing haven for womxn who are ready to invest time and attention to reconnect with their courage, flow and inner wisdom (e.g. confidence), so they can make conscious and empowering choices and lead a Whole-Hearted life through self-awareness, self-care, personal accountability and aligned action.

Past Courses...

The Short-Course in Mindful Self-Compassion (SC-MSC) has been designed for you to learn the skills we need to meet life’s challenges with greater wisdom, compassion and kindness. The Short-Course in Mindful Self-Compassion will support participants to hold themselves with understanding and compassion when they most need it (i.e. when being challenged at work in relationships, feelings of inadequacy and/or not getting the results you hoped for).

The 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course is an innovative course which supports people to cultivate mental, physical and emotional resilience and well-being.

The MBSR Course uses mindfulness practice as the core to teach people how to take better care of themselves and live healthier, more adaptive lives. It has been forged from the integration of transformative Eastern mindfulness practices with contemporary Western scientific understandings of human functioning. This fusion has produced a tailored and verifiable method for treating a wide range of difficulties and enhancing performance and engagement in life and work.
