Ready to focus on your whole-hearted connection with you and your world for the next 12 months?

Whole-Hearted Connection is an online (un)learning and wellbeing haven for womxn who are ready to invest time and attention to reconnect with their courage, flow and inner wisdom (e.g. confidence), so they can make conscious and empowering choices and lead a Whole-Hearted life through mindfulness, self-compassion, personal accountability and aligned action.

The 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course is an innovative course which supports people to cultivate mental, physical and emotional resilience and well-being.

The MBSR Course uses mindfulness practice as the core to teach people how to take better care of themselves and live healthier, more adaptive lives. It has been forged from the integration of transformative Eastern mindfulness practices with contemporary Western scientific understandings of human functioning. This fusion has produced a tailored and verifiable method for treating a wide range of difficulties and enhancing performance and engagement in life and work.
