The 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course is an innovative course which supports people to cultivate mental, physical and emotional resilience and well-being.

The MBSR Course uses mindfulness practice as the core to teach people how to take better care of themselves and live healthier, more adaptive lives. It has been forged from the integration of transformative Eastern mindfulness practices with contemporary Western scientific understandings of human functioning. This fusion has produced a tailored and verifiable method for treating a wide range of difficulties and enhancing performance and engagement in life and work.

Womxn, Money and Trust - Growth and I'mPowering Circle is a 28-day adventure for womxn who are ready to change their relationship with money and start focusing, get clarity and develop self-awareness and self-management processes (i.e. get organised) around their money and finances, so they can increase their self-confidence, trust themselves and live their version of a whole-hearted life.

The Whole-Hearted Promise Coaching Circle is a 12-week coaching adventure for womxn who are ready to take action and embrace their curiosity, compassion and courage whilst making empowering changes to their life. They would like to be held accountable, educated, supported, inspired and celebrated as they untangle from fear (and other draining habits) and take small and empowering steps towards creating changes in their personal or professional life over 12 weeks, so they can create a life and career they love.
