Habits for Wellbeing is an accredited consultant and facilitator of Extended DISC. The Extended DISC Team Assessment shows the team dynamics, the strengths and development areas of the team, and how the team members are adjusting their behaviours in the existing work environment.

Overview

PROGRAM TITLE: Team Mapping and Analysis with Extended DISC.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

DISC is one of the the most widely used behavioural models in the world. In this workshop we will use Extended DISC to identify your teams preferred working style. Once we have collated this information, we will map the teams preferred style and analyse if there are any gaps. The outcome of this procedure if often found to be -

  • Increase awareness of individual's contribution to the team,
  • A detailed plan for team development,
  • Ideas for future team development, and
  • Increased efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

DURATION: Half-day, one-day and lunch-time workshops are available for this program.
