What Is Coaching?
The International Coach Federation (ICF) refers to coaching as
"partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential."
Coaching recognises the client as the expert in their own world (life and work) and knows every person is creative, resourceful, and whole.
Basically the coaching process is about helping the client in identifying where they are now, where they would like to be and then support them in closing that gap. The coach does this through -
- discovering, clarifying, and aligning with where the client wants to be,
- encouraging self-discovery and trust within themselves,
- eliciting client-generated solutions and strategies,
- keeping the client accountable and ensuring they are taking responsibility for themselves, and
- providing support to the client.

How It Works...
1. Get in Touch
First step is a free introductory call. During this call we will talk about your challenges, your wellbeing intentions and how I can help you make long-term behavioural changes. Together we will decide if I am the coach for you.
2. Initial Session
In our first session, we will do a full assessment to get to know you. We will explore your life, where you are now and where you would like to be. We will then discuss your intentions and priorities and develop a plan to support you reach them.
3. Ongoing Support
Changing habits and behaviours takes courage and commitment. Throughout the adventure, I will be there for ongoing support and accountability as you make changes towards your life to living whole-heartedly.
