When you join an accountability group, you will be part of an exclusive community of like-minded individuals. Your Circle is an instant and valuable professional support network that helps you focus and grow professionally. You get to build relationships and maybe partner with other individuals who are in a similar professional position to you and learn from their experiences, skills, knowledge and expertise.

One of the benefits of the accountability group is about accountability. It is easy as an individual (especially as an executive, solo entrepreneur or professional) to put off setting goals/intentions or make excuses as to why you have not achieved your goals/intentions and subsequently lose any form of accountability to yourself. In an Accountability Group, you will be setting up, focusing on and tracking your goals. You will find yourself more inspired to take action when you have a support system cheering you on. No longer will you feel like you are trying to do it all by yourself! According to the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), when you have a regular accountability appointment with a coach you’ve committed to, you are 95% more likely to achieve the goal.

Safe and Supportive Environment –

Your Accountability Group Facilitator will create a safe and supportive environment for the Accountability Group, so you can explore your professional goals/intentions openly and confidentially.

Erasing FearPersonal Growth –

As you participate in the Accountability Group on a regular basis and learn you have as much to GIVE as you have to gain and you will acquire additional self-worth and evolve as a person. It is not about how much confidence you come in to the Accountability Group with, meeting with a group of like-minded individuals in a group can bring you a tremendous amount of personal and professional growth.

Resources –

If the accountability group is set-up by a coach, you have the benefits of their knowledge and skillset of achieving goals. Within the group you can also share other resources. As you get to know other members and build trust and strong relationships, quite often you will find yourself on the receiving end of a range of resources (from contacts to books to key information). Everyone in the accountability group will have a different skillset and access to a range of people.
